All: We were notified yesterday by our food supplier that weather related issues have wiped out Greens crops (collards, turnips and mustard) in TX and GA and are unavailable until further notice. We are currently working with local grocers to purchase greens, but are unable to purchase near the amount we typically receive via our supplier. We will serve greens as much as possible, but are being told it could be up to 6 weeks before the crops are recovered. UPDATE: as soon as we posted this the supplier notified us we can expect greens shipments to return to normal with 2 (TWO!) weeks. We are stable on greens through this weekend and will be back to normal in 2 weeks. Thanks! Until our greens supply returns to normal, we will not be able to honor double greens as sides options, and may run out of them on some occasions. Trust - this frustrates us just as much as it does you, as Greens are our #1 selling side! We have our fingers crossed that this is resolved sooner than later and will keep you updated here.
